Pitches & Decisions

Two card types carry almost all of the back-and-forth between you and the agent. Once you know the difference, the whole app clicks.

Pitch The agent proposes work

A Pitch is the agent saying: "I noticed something worth doing — here's the plan, here's what I need from you, want me to go?" Nothing runs until you approve it.

  • Where: the Pitches deck on the Dashboard — swipe left/right through open cards.
  • Card contents: a short hook (what it is), the plan (what will actually happen), any asks (specific info/decisions it needs from you first), and sometimes a deadline before the offer expires.
  • GO: approves it. The agent starts executing in the background; the card moves from "open" to "in flight."
  • Pass: declines it, optionally with a reason. It won't come back on its own.
  • Needs Action badge: if a Pitch has open asks, it's blocked until you answer those — it'll sort to the top of the deck so you see it first.
  • Discuss: some Pitch cards let you open a chat about that specific pitch before deciding — ask questions, request changes — without approving or declining yet.

Decision You resolve a fork

A Decision is a real fork in the road the agent can't or shouldn't guess at — it stops and asks instead of assuming.

  • Where: the Decisions section on the Dashboard.
  • Card contents: a clear question and, usually, the options or trade-offs already laid out.
  • Answering: your response feeds straight back into whatever task or Pitch was waiting on it — you don't need to go find the original thread.
  • No pressure to answer instantly: Decisions sit and wait; nothing is lost by taking your time, though time-sensitive ones will say so.

Pitch vs. Decision, in one line

Pitch = "can I do this?" (you approve or decline an action). Decision = "which way should I go?" (you pick an answer, no action is executed by picking it).

Rule of thumb: if tapping the card starts something, it's a Pitch. If tapping the card answers something, it's a Decision.

What happens after you respond

  • GO on a Pitch → moves to "in flight," then eventually to a short result once finished. You'll see it move through the Dashboard's status dots (running → done).
  • Pass on a Pitch → the card disappears from the open deck; it's recorded as declined.
  • Answering a Decision → the answer routes back automatically; you generally don't need to do anything further.
