Getting started

Hermes Focus is a personal client for a personal agent — install is a one-time, one-device thing.

1. Install

Hermes Focus ships via TestFlight or a direct on-device install to the paired iPhone. There is no public App Store listing — it's built specifically for one agent and one person.

2. Connect

On first launch, the app connects to your Hermes agent over your private network. Once connected, it stays connected in the background so the Dashboard is always current.

3. The Dashboard

The Dashboard is the home screen. From top to bottom you'll typically see:

  • A quick status summary of recent activity.
  • The Pitches deck — swipeable cards the agent wants you to approve. See Pitches & Decisions.
  • The Decisions section — open questions waiting on your answer.
  • Recent sessions/conversations, each with a status dot. See Status indicators.

4. Notifications

Push notifications let you know when something needs you — a new Pitch, a Decision, or a completed task — without needing to keep the app open.

5. Everyday use

Most days, this is the whole loop: glance at the Dashboard, answer anything amber (waiting), swipe through Pitches and tap GO or Pass, and start new conversations from the Sessions tab whenever you want to talk to the agent directly.

Nothing in Hermes Focus acts without your say-so on anything that matters — Pitches always wait for GO, Decisions always wait for your answer.
