No. Anything that starts real work goes through a Pitch card, and Pitches only run after you tap GO. Decisions never trigger an action on their own — they just record your answer.
That's normal — it means there's nothing open right now, not an error. The app deliberately hides these sections rather than showing an error state if there's a connectivity hiccup, so an empty section usually just means "nothing pending."
"Waiting" (amber dot) is a general status meaning a session needs your input. "Needs Action" is a badge specifically on Pitch cards that have unresolved asks blocking them — it's a more specific flag within the Pitches deck.
No — they sit and wait. Anything genuinely time-sensitive will say so on the card (e.g. a deadline before an offer expires).
No — Hermes Focus is personal software built for one agent and one person, installed directly via TestFlight or on-device install.
The app's own copy always wins. This guide is kept in sync with the app, but if you ever spot drift, the in-app text is the source of truth.
